If you are going to plan out the whole day, the primary role of the Fat
Controller will be done and for the times you are gone from the layout,
you can ask someone to fill in that has a train on the track.  

I will arrive as early as I can and set up my scenery.  Any run slot is
OK.  I do prefer 1 to 1.5 hour durations.  Will be there for breakdown. 
Anyone for Luby's on the way home?
