Duties of the FAT Controller

I transcribed the "FAT CONTROLLERS Duties" document into Word format and had Steve put it on
the club's web site.

In my opinion, this document is woefully outdated.  I have rewritten the document and attached it for
your review.  Please send me all comments about this document (actually, please address all
comments to the club reflector "ttat-members@aoot.com" so every one can read them).  When I
get a consensus of opinions on the document, I will have Steve update the document on the web site.
