Re: Corner Modules/Other To Do Items

This isn't official but it should be pretty close. For our projected
expenses I looked at the to do list on the web site and estimated (hopefully
on the high side) some of the items that we have already started or have
discussed in the past. They include:
Wood Rot on the trailer door - $50.00
One more tire for the trailer - $50.00
Cradle for storing the corner modules in the trailer - $25.00
Trailer License plate renewal - $30.00
     Two Corner Modules - $175.00
     Replace batteries in the CAB-1 - $20.00
     Miscellaneous Expenses - $50.00

We'll need to prioritize some of the other items on the list that will
probably cost money to do; plexiglass, folding letgs, walk-thru bridge
module, standard road bed, etc. There are also several items on the list
that should cost little or nothing to do.

I'm going to ass-u-me that we will break even on our shows.

Current balance - $402.06
Reimbursement for power box - 185.26
Projected Income from remainder of 2002 Dues - 200.00
Projected Expenses (see above) - 400
What's left after all of this $16.80

Any suggestions or comments.

Ron
