If I could suggest having the trailer staged at Scott's House on the Thursday before the show, that would help immensely. I work about 3 miles from there and for almost everyone but Jim it is on the way. So if Jim rules himself out having the trailer at Scott's would go a long way towards me being able to leave as early as 12:30.

I've had a couple of responses from members on towing the trailer but a
couple of them were up in the air.
Jim could leave Austin around 1:30 but needed to get lights on his motor
home.
Ed was a maybe, depending on his schedule on Friday.
Scott was a definite but couldn't leave Austin until 5:00pm.
Any updates on this from the potential drivers or any other volunteers?
SAMRA told me that set up time would be between 2-8pm on Friday. I think we
have several members who can make it to Live Oak mid to late afternoon on
Friday.
