OK I got a hold of Tech support.  they confirmed that the no. terminal
can have a power leak in it.  they had not heard that one of the others
had a smaller leak.  I hope to hear back from them soon.  I wonder if
they are fixing it.  When using it for Lionel switches, the power will
run but would not energize a switch since the switch cuts off the power
to the solenoid are being switched.  However, other switch motor types or
accessories would be a problem.  Keep put posted.
