For those new members.  Please go to the club web site  
www.trainweb.org/ttat  then to the members only page.  User name is
tinplate and password is trackers    Scroll down tot he event
coordination document and click on the annual meeting .  Please enter
your participation by clicking on the participation button and then
clicking on your name in the drop down and filling in the blanks and
click participate at the bottom.  

You should have received and email with a link that will take you
straight to this location a few days ago.
