Hi Lee,
The Event Coordination document for the event is where you can indicate
your
level of participation and see who else is signed up.
The document for the Holiday Fun Run (http://www.aoot.com/trains/ttat/private/display_event_data_2.cgi?fileName=2013-12-08)
contains participation information for each date we committed to staffing
the
layout. Please go to the document, select Participate, select your
name,
click on the Retrieve button, and indicate what dates you will be
there.
