Update.  We are currently looking into and hoping to be able to set up our layout in Roundrock at Art Space for the Holidays.  If we do, will send out the information so you can have the opportunity to see them.

I don't know of any holiday train events in Austin.   We didn't locate space this year for our club to setup. :(
