Also, the former Hangtown Grill space in the Village at Westake (Bee Caves Rd and Loop 360) is still empty. No leasing info on the windows. But, it has some shelves and fixtures temporarily stored in it.

If one of you pro's, Mike or the like, is interested in following up on it. It has been empty for a while now. Several competitors recently opened close by and put it out of business.

I would guess therefore that it is unlikely to have a new food service tenant in it anytime soon. And I would guess that it has too much kitchen infrastructure for the property management to rip out and convert it to general retail without waiting a while. But, what do I know about lease space? Nothing.

If you wish to look at it it's in the general vicinity of Office Depot adjacent to an outdoor food court several storefronts south of HEB.

FYI – We held an impromptu/emergency board meeting at the New Braunfels Train Show to discuss issues with the trailer:
In attendance were Scott S., David G., Ricky D., Ira S., and Paul C.

1.       We agreed t o change the cart/wagon positions in the trailer to improve weight distribution.
2.       Scott will go to a truck stop and get weights for the trailer, tongue weight, and his vehicle fully loaded. TTAT will cover any fees.

3.       Replacing trailer tires before we go to Houston for WGH Jan 10^th is required. Scott will get costs before the next board meeting Dec. 2^nd. We anticipate at least $200 per tire, i.e.; $800+.

4.       Holiday layout location must be found and finalized in next two weeks if we are going to get it up and running. We hope to set up on Black Friday…
