History Harvest Family Day is a free event and open to the public on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Temple Railroad & Heritage Museum. The museum is located in the Santa Fe Depot at 315 West Avenue B in downtown Temple. North Pole Flyer Train Trip
Get your tickets to join the Railroad and Heritage Museum for a trip on the North Pole Flyer! On Sunday, December 8, enjoy a two-hour train ride along the Texas Hill Country in a special vintage train. Each car is decorated for the season, and Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be on board the train, greeting all the kids and giving each child a gift to remember the ride.
Guests will meet at 12:30 pm at the museum and a bus will transport guests round trip to Cedar Park where they will board the North Pole Flyer, run by the Austin Steam Train Association. Reservations are required in advance. A limited number of tickets are available – call 254-298-5172 now to reserve your tickets! $65.00 per person ($60 for museum members).
