Re: Sad news

John was a true Gentleman in the old Texas way.  He was one of the first members to welcome me to the club and was always positive and always took great care to answer all of my new guy questions in an encouraging manner.   It was always a pure pleasure to see him and work with him during setup and teardown and in running trains.  I feel lucky to have known John and I feel a real sense of loss.  God Bless him.
