National Parks Railway

Last Sunday, Roger and I attended the monthly North Texas Chapter of the Lone Star Division of the TCA club meeting which was held at fellow member, Don Hughes home, where he opened up the building that houses his awesome train layout, The Hughes National Parks Railway. 

All 40+ of the members who were in attendance thoroughly enjoyed the time spent being able see all the different National Parks depicted on the layout, run trains and special surprise bonus was the scenic mountain mini seminar Mindy (Don's daughter) shared with us! As you will see, this is an awesome layout...a true labor of love that Don and Mindy worked on for over a decade!
