Our club has a large modular layout we set up periodically at train related events. As we don't have a proper club house, these events are our usual get togethers. We also have monthy board meetings, and periodic club work days to work on the modular layout as needed. Occasionally we have a layout tour of a members' own layout. Members are encouraged to participate with the events, helping setup and tear down, plus run trains!
Membership form is at http://www.trainweb.org/ttat/ttatmembership.html Cheers! Steve. On 3/14/2013 3:11 PM, Emmett Bean wrote:
Hi, I really liked your website. I am an avid model railroader and I love trains ! It was so good to see your site. I have been trying to find a model railroad club in Austin. My favorite era is the transition era from steam to diesel. My favorite engines are the Santa Fe Warbonnet and the Big Boy and Challenger steam engines. I would like to know more about your club.
