New information below. We will start at 7:30 so plan on arriving a little before. I have submitted all signed up names and David F.
do you pay when entering parking so would need passes to
enter ? Please submit a list of names for complimentary
parking. Can we get 6 tables in the center of the layout to help stage
our trains? Also a few chairs would be good. No
problem. We have 12 members signed up so far so will have a good turn
out. Great ! WE think we better move arrival up to at least 7:30 so we
have time to get set up because the elevator and distance will slow us down.
No problem. Can some guys bring their stuff up the garage elevator and in
the front doors? WE bring club stuff in the trailer but the trains and
scenery is not in trailer but in individual cars? No
problem. Have them come to the door between the rotunda and IMAX theater (
fourth set of doors from the left if you are facing the
museum) We will need access to power, a std outlet is usually
sufficient No problem |
