Subject: Annual dues
Well another year has gone by and it is time for getting your dues paid
for the Tinplate Trackers. After the first year the annual dues is $35.
Please send a check or bring to a show made out to Tinplate Trackers
Austin. Cash will also work but include a note indicating your payment
so the records can be accurately updated. See attached spreadsheet .
In case you are wondering about the lifetime members status, that is
available for all members and is 10 time the annual dues rate. For those
that were not around a few years back, about 6, we created that class so
that additional funds could be collected to buy the current trailer.
Even so we still needed a loan to make the purchase. That has been paid
off some years back.
FYI, we just had some maintenance done on the trailer so it should be
good for a few years but will need tires in the next year or two.
Apparently trailer tires are not 60,000 mile rated.
We still have some improvement projects on our list that the club funds
purchase materials for. Last year we did all of the number one rated
projects but we still have the list of 2s and 3s.
