Re: Revised Layout for SAMRA Show;

Ira,

I won't be down there until Sunday as well. I will send at least some of my buildings down with my dad though. I would not slide the modules down like you suggested. My reasoning for that is to give ya'll more interior space since my scenery modules are deeper than standard modules.

Dad also suggested that we put the laptop on C7 so it faces the front and people see it. Then we could put my triangle in on C6 and extend the industrial siding to it with a 1x2 ft module for my freight station.

Dan, if you want maybe you could work with my dad and include your stuff in with mine. Its up to you. If not I think Ira was thinking you could put your stuff behind D4.

Ricky

Subject: Revised Layout for SAMRA Show;

Hi,

Scott informed me that he wouldn’t be at the show for setup or on Saturday and
suggested that I remove his modules.

Attached is a revised layout.  I removed Scott’s mainline modules, moved the
Carnival and Circus Tent down to the lower right corner, and added the
D10/S1/S2 modules.

If Rick and Ricky don’t object, I propose moving the BX2, B1, and BX1 modules one
module to the right to center them at the top of the layout.  This would leave an
E module between the top left corner (where I speculated that Ricky wants to
use his new triangles) and his city scene.  Perhaps he can extend the city
scene across the intervening module.  Alternatively (or also) he could extend
his city scene to the right and utilize his old triangle module on the C7 corner.

Ricky:  please give me your thoughts about this.  I know you won’t be at setup
on Friday and your father will probably arrive after we have the layout set up
so we need to know where to put your modules before Friday.

Also, any other suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks.

Ira
