Found out the problem. Had to look real hard to get though the remote menu, did a factory reset on the tiu also found the contrast settings ( see page 74 in the operators manual. Track, tiu and remote are communicating. I also called Tom Copper, he has DCS Revision L and he downloaded 4.2 software. He said I need 4.2 software for my proto sound 3.0. I'll bring my Tiu and remote so you can load the 4.2 software into my system too. Thanks for adding me into the layout for my lighted buildings and accessories. I'm building (4) 2 x 4 modules and I might bring one to the show.
