Had stuff in storage for 2years individual plastic bagged, then 6 in another plastic bag sealed in foam coolers . Avoid newsprint in direct contact as ink can transfer, and cardboard outerboxes as critters will chew if they can . Plastic totes are ok ,just tape them shut real good,
