In addition, I have gotten an invite to attend the Ft. Worth World's Greatest Hobby on tour Jan. 5&6.  This is the same show we did in SA and had 12,000 visitors.    We would need about 8 people to make a go of it.  I would likely pull the trailer and take off about lunch time so we could bet set up on Fri. night.  That would mean 2 nights of Hotel for some.  They will contribute $300 to the club.  Might be able to get a little more.?

 

I need to hear back from the membership if you are interested.

At the Club's Annual Meeting this year many club members expressed an interest in going to shows in Houston or Dallas / Fort Worth. The board has moved forward with this idea and has found the Great Train Expo in Houston, Feb. 9th and 10th. We have sent in an application for us to participate at this show but we are NOT committed to go yet. A participation document has been setup for y'all to let us know if we really want to go forward with this idea. Please, PLEASE go on the members site and indicate whether or not you can attend.
