I just viewed the photo album under both Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox 
and had
no problem watching either video.

However, I did notice that there was a difference in the options for the two 
videos on
youtube.  The option which was different had something to do with embedding, so
I enabled this option for the Halloween scene (to agree with the setting for the 
Trains
video).

Please try it again and let me know if it works now.

If not, please tell me what browser you are using and whether or not you can 
watch
the other videos (i.e. the trains and the videos for the Halloween scene on the
Interactive Layout Map page).
