TTT Name Badges

Hi,

I just went through the name badges in preparation for this weekend's train show
and thought I would share some requests with you.

Please do not stick anything to the name badge holder.  If you get a sticky pass
from the show's organizer, please put it inside the holder (with the backing
intact).  You can then turn the name badge around and show your pass if
required.

Also, please return your name badge when you leave the show.  I
put all of the active name badges on a table at the show.  Please just put your
name badge back onto the table when you leave for the day.

I ensure that I have name badges for everyone who signs up for a show.  If you
don't sign up on the event coordination document, your name badge will not
be out on the table.  I usually have name badges for everyone who is active
in the club, but there is no guarantee.  If you will be attending a show, please
sign up on the event coordination document so I can ensure that you have a
name badge at the show.
