Ira,

I am thinking a rectangle with the s curve is what we should do. Under the past layouts tab we have one in there that is 40 x 40. So we can fit that in a 40 x 46. Please bring the layout board to the meeting on Monday and we can work out what we wanna build.

On trying to view the old documents when I hit view nothing happens. I scroll thru and pick a document. Then I hit view and nothing happens. I've tried selecting multiple documents.

When I do the same for board meeting minutes or annual meeting minutes they open up fine as pdf files but nothing opens up for past coordination documents.

Hi Ricky,

I didn't have any trouble opening the previous show document. You have to
select the document you want to open, then click on the View button.

Last year's document says the layout space was 52' x 35'. This year's space is
46' x 40'.

Since the yard takes up 24' and the longest side we have is 46' the only size
hexagon which might fit would be very narrow. I think we would only have room
for the corner and a 45 degree module at the top and bottom, with the yard on
one side and six modules on the other side. There might also be room for
a single module between the corner and the 45 degree modules. I would have
to lay it out to see.

I think that since we have a shorter and wider space, we should stick to a
rectangle, perhaps with an s-curve if it fits, or maybe an L.

Why don't you look at some of our past layouts and see what fits in this
space?

Right now, I am busy building the power monitor for the power cart.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Ira
