Legacy 1.4 SW upgrade

Here is an article on the new 1.4 SW upgrade for the Legacy base/cab2.  
Note it requires you purchase a writable module, then download the 
upgrade and write it to this module using your computer.  Then you can 
plug the module into the Legacy system like the previous upgrades.  
Apparently, going forward, this is how Lionel will provide SW upgrades 
(as opposed to mailing out new modules to everyone).
