So how did the amtrak run go?

Thanks Ed.  WE will see what can be done to move more weight to the center or rear.  I do know that the hitch sled we had worked up for your truck had the ball repositioned sometime back and the ball height might not be best for you at this time.  Not sure which to switch but if you have a suggestion I will add it to the list of to dos.

I have the trailer with me at work and plan to be at the Amtrak station between 5:30 and 6:00 per Rick Dolifka's instructions.  Please let me know if I need to adjust that earlier and I will try to accommodate.

Note to trailer packers: it seems that the weight balance has been significantly shifted in front of the wheels/over the hitch since the last time I towed.  I have heavy duty springs on my truck and the rig looks like a V with a significant dip where the hitch is.  The trailer rides nose down.  If it is possible to shift some of the weight back over the axles or to the back by the doors so that it is more balanced it would greatly improve the ride and tow-ability of the trailer.

Also note that all 4 tires were 20 lbs low on tire pressure and I inflated them back to 50 lbs each.
