Changes to Event Coordination Document
Hi,
I made two changes to the Event Coordination Documents:
1. For a sponsored event (i.e. a train show or other event sponsored by
an outside organization) I added an item where the Event Coordinator
can indicate whether or not we are allowed to use smoke in our engines.
For example, at the SAMRA show, we were asked not to use smoke.
2. When an Event Coordination Document is created, the automatic
email sent to all members will contain the start date of the event.
As usual, I am open to suggestions about improving the useability of
these documents.
