Power Monitor on the TTAT Layout

Hi,

When you are running trains on the layout, so might notice that the ammeter
for track 2 is turned off.  The meter apparently burned out (presumably as
an aftermath of the surge suppressor burning out several weeks ago),
and I disconnected it.

The volt meters for all tracks and the other ammeters were apparently
not affected, and appear to be functioning correctly.

Please let me know if you see any other problems with the Power Monitor.
