Small Setup Items for the Austin Holiday Layout

Hi,

If you are one of the first people to arrive at the downtown layout on a
Saturday or Sunday, please setup the following items:

1. Take the raffle items (the Polar Express Set and the Baggage Car)
    and the large raffle sign and place them on a table near the
    front door.  Last week, we used the small chrome table for this.

2. Find the donation box, put a couple of dollars in the box, and put it
    on the layout.  Last week, we put it on the inside curve so it was
    easily reachable by visitors and didn't interfere with trains running
    on the outside track.

The raffle tickets are in the cash box (currently, a shoe box, but soon will be
a real cash box).  The cash box and the raffle ticket jar are on one of the
tables in the middle of the layout.

Please encourage people to buy raffle tickets and/or have their children
run trains on the layout.  The raffle tickets are $5.00 each and we charge
$5.00 to allow a child to run a train for 10 minutes.

Also, the name badges are on a table in the middle of the layout.
You can find your name badge and wear it to identify yourself as a
club member.
