The layout at the Temple show was the same size but had some differences with scenery. The show requested that we change ends with the City Scenes and Coca Cola, Barrell Loader, and Accessories. We did that which made us have to change the transition modules to make it work. We moved the Ice Station and City Scene next to the Farm on modules E3 and E2 respectively . We used the module donated by Steve Wise where D8 was located and moved D8 to where D6 was. Module X1 was used between D6 and E3. So that whole side went as follows: D4, D5, Steves crossing Module, D8, X1, E3, E2. The yard side stayed the same. Behind D8 and D5 were the modules Steve Donated for the inside siding. Behind D4 was a 1 foot green module and behind X1 was a 1 foot black scenery module. These changes were done because of the request to have the city on the end where the isle was for most of the show visitors. Don't know where the layout will be set up in the Live Oak center so may want to go with the original scenery set up. Hope that makes sense. I will not be able to be at this show as I will be in Denver visiting Dave. Hopefully all will go well.
PS Ira, if you can, could you update the layout on the Temple Show to reflect what we actually did? If not, I guess it is OK because the actual size did not change.
Thanks,
David

Subject: Layout for AMRE Show
Hi,
I am not going to be at the show this weekend.
Since they requested the same layout as we used at the Temple show, I suggest
using that layout as a starting point. I don't know exactly what was setup in
Temple,
but I have attached the layout I designed for that show. You can use that as a
starting
point for this show.
I notice that they allocated 52' x 35' for our layout. That is exactly what
they
told us last year. However, when we arrived, we found that they have greatly
overestimated the size of the area assigned to us. We had a long, narrow
space to use. We eventually moved into the back corner and built an
L-shaped layout.
I am just warning you that they might not have the space available that
they promised us. The layout from Temple should fit in the area,
but, who kows?
Have fun.
Ira
