David I think it would be good for you to try your hand at being set up
fat controller one more time soon after your other experience at it.  
Remember that  you are the coordinator and the thing you can do to get
the layout set up the quickest to keep everyone else engaged and working
toward the set up.  

Seems like Bill and David should split the run duties with Bill first
since it seems like he will be needing to leave early.  

Hopefully everyone will pitch on maning the sale table of the club stuff.
