Re: TCA show Garden ridge

I have talked to Michael and am supposed to be picking up the donated items that were to be sold at the show.  These items are not priced and I have not talked to anyone that knows the value of them and how they should be priced.  Do you have any ideas?
 
Also, we have another issue that is rather concerning.  We so far, have no one that can pull the trailer to and from the show.  Russell, Eldon, and yourself are definantly out and no one else has volunteered.  I don't know of a plan B for that one, except each one going to the show carry pieces of the layout in their cars / trucks.  Have to hope for good weather for that.
 
Also, there were some questions for the Coordination Document.
 
What time can we set up on Friday evening?  6:00 I presume.
What time on Saturday morning does the event open for TCA?  I know when it starts for the public.
What time can we get in if we need to complete the layout on Saturday morning?
You mentioned in an email that we could set up a 16 x 50 I think.  On the document it says 20 x 40.  Is the document the correct size?

The show is making two tables available to us for sales at no cost.  So
far I have one take for these.  Is anybody else interested in bring items
to sell at the show?  The club would like a donation for them to help
with our club expenses.  this is the way that the show has helped the
club out with not really costing them much.
