Subject: Re: New Page on TTAT Web Site
Hi David,
Thank you for the excellent question.
Yes, you can put a link to a web page into an email:
1. Open Internet Explorer (or your favorite browser) and navigate to the web
page.
2. Move the cursor to the address bar and highlight the entire URL. (With
Internet Explorer, it automatically highlights the URL when you move the
cursor
to the address bar.)
3. Press the Ctrl and Insert keys to copy the URL to the clipboard.
4. Open the mail client and create an email note. Point to the place in the
note
where you would like to put the link and press the Shift and Insert keys (or
select
Edit/Paste from the menu bar). The link will be copied into the note.
You should end up with a link, like this: http://www.trainweb.org/ttat/ttatpastlayouts.html
Good luck.
Ira
