Here is the ad we're running on kbtx - the CBS affiliate in Bryan/College Station. Channel 40, the local ABC affiliate, is doing a story on Friday. So is the Bryan College Station Eagle - our local daily newspaper. We're already starting to park vintage cars at the front of the depot. Momentum is really starting to build. Look forward to seeing your guys on Friday & Saturday.
A guy named Dave called me a couple of days ago and I was supposed to contact him by e-mail, but I lost this address. I spoke Mike, with the manager of the Budgetel, and two rooms are reserved under the name of the Hearne Chamber of Commerce. Mike will be working on Friday. The phone number at the Budgetel is 979.279.6200. It is located at 1259 N Market Street between the Oak Tree Inn and the new Love's Truck Stop. It is on the Hearne side of FM485. There's a new Valero gas station right next to this new hotel.
