Dwayne; They want us to set up just like we did in 2009. Jim Bush said he liked everything we had on the 2009 show. I was estimating the size on what e was telling me. He also told me he was having a hard time getting clubs to come and set up and if he ended up with more space, we might could set up a larger display.

I looked at the webpage and it showed that at the 2009 Temple Show we had a 3 X 7 layout and on the Show Coordination Document for that show we were listed as having 22 x 36 feet for the set up. On the Show Coordination Document that was put in place for the 2011 show, it has 24 x 12 feet. Do you know if we are able to do the 3 x 7 that we did before? From the email below, it sounds like they want us to do that again. Just wanted to have it clear so Ira can design the correct size layout. Hopefully we can do the 3 x7 again. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated.

Buddy,

They had what I think they called a 6x2 layout at the last show they attended (2009). They also brought their carnival ride mods(roller coaster).
I was wondering if they could do the same layout this year. It was fantastic and by the way the public was gathered around it they really
enjoyed it.

Also I had sent an email out to all club members about the layout in Corpus Christi with pics did you get a response from anyone?
